A full refund is available, minus a $50 (plus HST) administration fee, for the first five (5) business days from your date of purchase.
After the first five (5) business days there are no refunds for event ticket purchases.
Your event tuition, based upon availability, can be transferred to another event offered by Vanessa Long up to 2 years from your original purchase date. Please contact us at 905-751-6158 for more details and availability.
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process from date of request. To request your refund, please send us a written request at email@example.com.
There will be no refunds issued for digital products. All sales are final.
There will be no refunds issued for work-life balance, business, and relationship coaching services.
You may return new, unopened items purchased from PowerHouseCoachTraining.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
